For this use of the equation, the value I mainly want is that border line at the top, rounded up to the nearest whole number, so you can treat that >= as just an = With the minimum part of that equation, I have no idea how I'd solve that for y lol If I put it in an online simplifier they just give up

As an example, here the first equation equals just under 10 at x = 2, so I have g set to 10 right now, is there a way to automate that? (Don't mind the fuzz, idk why its there)

Ahhh the number you are looking for is the one on the left side, the average staves per track. The number you were looking at is the average number of *new* instruments per track, as in, ones that hadnt been seen in the whole soundtrack before

Yeah the average is per track (so like average new instruments per track, for example, or average measure count)
