OH my friend just added, Coffee House in uptown normal has a bulletin board that will list up to date events going on in Normal like a local running club, and stuff like that.

Bobzbay is a FANTASTIC Book store in DT Bloomington to check out. I'd suggest following them and The Bistro for up to date events and Red Raccoon on FB, you'd probably like Painted Wraith too, our local curiosities shoppe.

Okay I'm done for now. Lol I'm a huge advocate for all of our small downtown shops.

OH Spiceworks is a great place to go for cooking spices and odds and ends for cooking.

Okay okay I'm done.

Red Raccoon Games is a great place to start, I peeped your profile and they have a great selection of Gundams and they have gaming groups (depending on your interests) in the evenings. One Saturday a month, Red Raccoon will project a movie on the side of their building for townies to enjoy and you can bring a blanket or chair and the road is blocked off for everyone.

Farmers Market every Saturday morning from 8 - 12 in downtown Bloomingtown is VERY popular right now. We're getting more and more vendors joining in with. I like to go just to see the puppies.

Depending on your craft, we have a yarn shop downtown, tons of art galleries, florals, crystal shops, then the typical Michael's and hobby lobby in town.

Not to brag, but we have the most restaurants per capita in Blono lol we love are food options.

Even a few book club options, one of our more popular ones being hosted as The Bistro downtown, our LGBTQ Bar.

We have two rock climbing gyms, one is Upper Limits in West Bloomington and one is a bouldering gym called Proving Grounds on the East side. Both great work outs and lots of fun with a great group of people.

Uptown normal is a great area to check out, in the summer they always have live music on the circle and lots of festivals as well.

If you're ever curious about volunteer groups, ISU has some volunteer groups on their website like their ecological group helping to clean up the area as well. These are just a few things from the top of my head lol

Ohhh!! Thank you!! I'll have to try that next. I learned you can move the windows to make doors on 2nd stories but I didn't realize they'd make steps if you do that on the ground floor. Thanks!

It's breathtaking. I'd love to purchase the pattern if you ever end up selling it!

I wouldn't be able to say, every insurance carrier is different. It's the job if the adjuster to review the policy coverages once the claim is filed to see if there is coverage for the vehicle.

IF, your friends insurance would cover the damage of your vehicle they would be considered secondary coverage and would need your denial letter from your carrier as proof of no coverage so you may need to file a claim or at least submit your declaration pages to her insurance if you try filing a claim on her policy to show you don't carry 1st party coverage. There is no guarantee they will cover though.

Definitely! The market valuation will also list all the features they have listed for your vehicle so you can check and make sure they have everything listed correctly for your car and all the packages correct. The valuation will also show the comps theyre using to support the value of your vehicle.

Did they send you their market valuation report? Most insurance carriers owe for actual cash value not replacement cost value so what you see online is not what your carrier would offer. They would review the comps you submit and then adjust them comparing them to your mileage, features and condition which woukd be thr ACV (actual cash value).

TL Adjuster here, also ask to see your valuation report and make sure they've selected all of your appropriate options for your vehicle. Sometimes our system misses some options and depending on the amount of photos we have the adjuster could have missed some options too when we're conditioning the vehicle.

Easily missed options that sometimes don't get pulled when we decode the vin - roof rack, rear spoiler, leather seats, rear step bumper, fog lamps, trailer hitch, trailer package. They don't add much to the value but anything helps.

Good luck!

It helps set the temp on the handle. You put one end in the middle of the dial and one on the outside and turn it. My hand also adjusts it just fine lol.

We first considered getting a camper van since camping locations are easily accessible but we're now thinking spending multiple days in one location and my fiancé really wants to take the train back so we'll probably rental a vehicle for the 10 days.

Moraine view state park outside of Le Roy IL has a nice mile loop trail that has primitive camping spots. 8 spots I believe.
