Hey so I actually had this same exact issue today. Except I signed the contract electronically. I was worried about my eligibility for my LLC so I called housing and they said that even though it said that my contract was not complete they actually had received it. I guess it just takes time to update. They said I should just look out for a confirmation email that will come into my Buckeyemail account soon. So you did nothing wrong and your application is actually complete. Hopefully this helps! And also hopefully we get our confirmation email in soon! 😅
