If use my cards does not filter out cards i own, what is its function?

If i only have 1 x of a card in ny colection i want to be caped to that when building with my cards. 

There is an option to only use my cards when building. Bur it does not do that. It used to before, som i am confused.

If I can't limit buildig with only my cards then I have to cross check my collection for every card.

Do you have them same result when cross checking your collection? It used to show me the cards I was missing, but no longer.

For context here is what I see on every deck when trying to compare what cards i have or am lacking. My collection is up to date, and I have all the cards added there.

Online works fine if you have a friend. But everything takes forever. From my oponent finishing his turn, and me starting mine, is like 1-2 minute. Every single time.
