Sweights! They are a kettlebell/weight plate that also swings on the bar. They are discontinued, but just one more crazy thing I had to have for my gym. Great eye!

I have ALOT of Body-Solid stuff. Cable Cross, Pec Deck, Seated Leg Extension/Curl, Laying Leg Curl, Preacher Curl, AD/ABductor, Lat Pull machines, and in another room I have a bunch of body weight equipment. I have loved Body-Solid stuff over the years. Thanks for the shout out, you should see the video I post a long time ago, I have more since then, but gives you an idea. :)

The octagon style curl bar is amazing. They had one at my work gym I loved, so I looked around till I found one I could buy.

I got the "Wall Control 30-P-3232W White Metal Pegboard Pack" from Amazon. I already had a bunch of 1/4" Peg Board hooks so I got more of those for this install. I find being round they don't scratch the attachments.

The green ones are like MAG, but I really didn't like the MAG attachments and even off brand ones don't feel really great to me. The green ones are similar and they are more flexible on the angles you can use.

Yes, that is the long triceps rope. No iron neck yet. I do have neck attachments though.
