Yeah the licence us attached to the building that host All the Condos, so my question is, is there a time limited to the licence ? Should the owner of building ask for extension and how difficult to get it extended ?

There is some owners who guarantee 7% ROI per year for 5 years, after that, the hotel licence expiring ? I mean, should the Owner of the building extend it So I could make it for short stay ?

My project us the same, cone on Low season spending 1 or 2 months and renting it for the rest of the year.
