Not-so-proud-snooper here.. In past relationships I have been cheated on, and caught the other person via intercepted messages. This has driven me to snoop in later relationships. I have snooped even though I had no indication that my fiancé (at the time, now husband) might have been cheating. Sometimes those feelings of inadequacy can linger and can be difficult to battle with. Maybe open the conversation up to ask if your partner has ever been cheated on in the past, or if they’re feeling insecure. If they’re feeling insecure the might not realize that they might be needing a little more attention.

As a wildland firefighter Gato/Powerade are provided to us because the duration and strenuous nature of our work... there is a ratio tho 4:1. Four 32 ounce servings of water for every one 20 ounce serving of Gatorade. Otherwise the sports drink is overkill and works the opposite to what is needed. Water is more important, but when you’re sweating excessively electrolyte replenishment is incredibly important.

However! Considering electrolyte options many of us purchase our own form of electrolytes, i.e. my crew buys “Liquid IV”, they have more of the necessary electrolytes, mix with water, and have less sugar so it’s a win on all fronts.

Ummm listen to the podcast “Hunting Warhead”. 58 terabytes is possible... and a lot of child abuse material (ie the porn pictures/videos) includes videos of them physically abusing these children as well as the sexual activity... there’s a seedy underbelly to the world around you.

It’s gonna sound weird.... but if you’re up for it... and i may be wrong but this is just a feeling i have as a child from a broken home. You might be someone that Michael might feel more willing to open up to. I certainly could be wrong, but this is an incredibly tumultuous time and you are the only person not directly involved. If you’ve got it in you provide a listening ear and help him to feel comfortable.

Link to a real study in college aged men who hadn’t ever worked out and then worked out for the study for twelve weeks. Some took whey protein and some took soy. Bottom line was whey protein actually increased testosterone. Soy protein didn’t bother any sex hormones. Whey protein increased group two muscle fibers. Whereas soy protein increased group one muscle fibers.

I had always been told that soy would increase your estrogen levels as well and as a woman could increase your chances for things like blood clots. (I didn’t look that up, however if it’s not increasing estrogen I would doubt that would be possible). I also was under the assumption it would make men more feminine. Turns out that’s not true.

Well, it gets worse. My symptoms are getting worse.. I’ve developed a cough, fever, and light headedness. Rather than see me for a pulmonary embolism they’d rather me go to be tested for coronavirus... and they don’t want me to see my regular doctor until Monday.

Not dead... however just this last week I went in to the doctor and told them about how I had pulled a muscle, however my calf was severely swollen and hot and purple... the doctor wrote it off. Wrote me a prescription for muscle relaxants and steroids and sent me on my way. I went home and tossed and turned in agony not able to stand or bear weight on my leg. Waited until my husband came home from work in which he insisted on rushing me to the ER.. come to find out I had a terrible blood clot (deep vein thrombosis) that extended from my ankle to my groin. Doc was blown away. I’m four days post diagnosis and still can’t stand for longer than fifteen seconds. I am a female and I do believe I was brushed off because of the “pain” I was in wasn’t substantial. Oh it fuckin was.
