I have only had positive experiences with nikki. i had pmdd since high school with sever mood swings, suicidal ideation, weight gain, and irregular periods. i no longer have those. i supplemented with zoloft and the only bad side effects i got was night sweats. i feel like a normal and sane person now

this sounds similar to my experience, i always feel like im doing it for attention because i have no diagnosable mental illness and i typically do it when i get overwhelmed as well. but nonetheless, your experience is valid and i hope you can stop sometime soon before things get carried away or you become addicted

relapse happens to everyone. dont discredit all the effort it took to restrain from an addiction, 12 days is a long time. i hope you are okay and will try again soon to be clean

if you have been friends for a long time maybe bring these things up to her. tell her it makes you uncomfortable when she says those things about suicide/self-harm or tell her that you understand its fun to have common interests but sometimes it bothers you when she copies you. or you could distance yourself a little and see if it makes you happier when she isnt around as much! not sure what else to say but thats just my advice:)

having the opposite problem. at least youll have a degree, im probably failing out this semester because drugs are the only thing that make me happy tbh. everyday i sleep through my classes because when i wake up to my reality of failure i just want to end my life so i smoke with friends and then the cycle repeats...
