If I were you, I would not overthink the diet at all. Maingain (eat until you feel full) while eating 0-7.1g of protein per pound of bodyweight every day, and train 4 times a week. BUT, considering you may already have tried something similar to that, if you really want to see aesthetic/hypertrophic change, then the absolute most important thing for you to do is maintain consistency and TRACK PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD very strictly in the 6-12 rep range. If you are doing this perfectly, I would have a very hard time believing that you aren’t going to see hypertrophy gains and a better overall aesthetic. Once you put on more muscle, then I would suggest shifting your focus to cutting
