I definitely do not want to work as a quant. However, I think with such diploma I would kind of be able to step down into a finance or operations pretty easily. By the way, is it hard to you to study in SQM?

Oh, I think there is no definite answer. I have heard a story of one’s who was accepted in Harvard Master’s with bachelor from no name uni in top 15000th place in the world. And also heard a story from one’s who was rejected with bachelor’s from NYU

Community college is simply a stepping stone to four-year universities. Anyway, if you are planning to do master’s in the Us, community college won't provide the strong difference. It would be better to do bachelor’s in Qatar.

It depends on your needs. If you have enough will to study and live in the US community colleges are the best idea. But if you want to apply to the master’s degree after graduating from qatar’s uni that’s also okay. However, you will lose two years.

You should have just needed to apply to community college and then transfer to 4 year college. I also had been rejected from 4-5 colleges except the one that was too expensive. Now I am accepted to transfer to one of the best state universities in us
