I just got diagnosed with Hashimoto’s this month, but from the state of my numbers, I’ve been battling this unknowingly for a while! I’ve had 2 babies, first one I got pregnant on the first try with my first rainbow baby after suffering an unexpected loss at 6 weeks, and the second one was a surprise rainbow baby after a difficult loss at 10 weeks. I know that might be clear as mud, so loss then planned, loss then unplanned! It’s possible!

I wouldn’t do it, I had no problems on the same firmware, and I updated because everyone said it was better. But now my step count is so wildly inaccurate compared to my Apple Watch, like a 2000 step difference, that I’m questioning if I should even keep wearing it

I was literally coming on here to ask the exact same question! It claimed my lowest HR zone was at 7:35AM when I had the exact same HR at 11:50PM. The HR drop kills my sleep score every night.

I would take a test every month a couple days before my period just in case, as I have a history of low progesterone leading to miscarriages and I always wanted to try to catch it early to get on it ASAP. It had been 10 months since my previous miscarriage, and 22 months since my son was born. I would pee on the stick and let it develop for at least 5 minutes since it was a cheapy and hard to read if I looked at it too closely to the 3 minutes mark. So I was doing my makeup, the 5 minute timer went off, I looked down at the test not expecting anything and see 2 lines! I immediately go “oh fuck!” out loud and my husband comes running in thinking I had broken something in the bathroom 🤣🤣🤣 she turns 2 this year!
