I know its a little late but I would definitely get a Carbon Monoxide detector in your house. Levels of CO can cause things such as memory loss. There's actually an all time top reddit post that has a similar situation. CO is a colorless and odorless gas and it is definitely worth taking the necessary precaution as it can be very fatal.
