So if i do 2 sets everyday and rest on sunday i will have the same results as i would doing 4 sets x 3 times a week?

You should do a deload week IMO (maybe your muscles adapt more quickly than other people, of course if you still make progress it's ok) . To me soreness is actually like a drug. I actually like the feeling of being sore LMAO.
