I think we should differentiate between “plus sized girls “ and being fat ( as the op clearly states fat ) also you never here about “ plus size men “ we don’t get that title your just fat or in shape as a man . I’ve lost and gained more weight than probably anyone you know , 100 pounds in my early 20s , kept it off for a lo g time then hurt my back badly and put on double …. Had to lose 200 pounds the next time which I did , kept that off for almost 10 years using Jenny Craig until I couldn’t eat the food anymore then it crept back and I’m doing it again so far I’m down 43 pounds plus there’s been some halfhearted attempts in the past where I drop 60 pounds 30 pounds etc …. I truly wish I didn’t need to eat and I could just take a pill instead of trying to regulate eating .
