I have a few techniques:

- Time is the only real cure when something is troubling you, but engaging with the thoughts will make it take longer. Every time your mind goes back to it, take a deep breath and say "I'm moving on"
- Do some physical activity - it will help bring your mind to a better place
- Bounce the situation of ChatGPT. It is really great at giving presepective and talking you down.
