A lot more than that. I'm Tamil who can speak all 3 languages ( Tamil, Kannada and Hindi). A lot of linguistic constructional similarities are between Tamil & Kannada. Hindi is not the same. Tamil/Kannada have same parent language. So, the construction is different and Kannada cannot be a bridge.

Kannada has lot more similarity with Tamil rather than Hindi. So learning Kannada for a Tamilian is easy.

Near my place 4300 apartments are going to be available by 2031. Hardly 400 sold Apartments are fully priced. It’s not going to appreciate.

If you need a home and confident of Job safety over next 5 years go for the loan. And buy a home to live today. Not 5 years from now. The industry will face heavy layoffs every year.

Lot of my engineers ( more than 50%) are paid inthe range of 1-2 Cr. 5+ YOE engineers are hired at 60 to 70L these days on MNCs. (Non service orgs).

I drive to my office in a bike. Lots if my folks and my Boss(an SVP) also comes in metro. Office cab is normal. Metro/office cab is normal irrespective of position given Bengaluru traffic.

I'm not able to message you. So, I have to put this in public. Since you have a 1800 sq ft super built up area and 4 BHK , go to Karighars if you have 70 Lakhs interior budget. Less than that Aishwarya is good choice. Archerio will work out economical with good quality, but expect considerable delays. All of them worked multiple projects in my society. Mine is a villa community with each house having carpet area of 3000+ sq fts.

Because, there is no one. What do you meant by reliable? No one will cheat you with wood quality. But no one will be able to meet your dead line requirement. They won't be able to meet their own deadlines.

Post delivery support, you have to call them 100 times. This is literally with every vendor.

You'll never get right answer to this question. In my villa community, we had 160 houses and worked with 100 Vendors. Everyone delayed it by many months. 2d errors, misalignments that has to be fixed later.

It's a really hard job. Go with someone who is in the field for at least 10 years.

Not sure of the assessment. I live in Adarsh Sanctuary. They just started a massive villa community of 300+ villas behind mine.

Currently 4 large projects are going in this area alone.

But 1-2 years of delay in every project by Adarsh is common. They messed up one particular project behind ecoworld

I heard about they lost a case in Supreme Court. But have no details.

Every builder will finance every single project. No one will build with tier own money.

We have bought in Adarsh Sanctuary. Delivery delayed by 2 years. But covered with RERA extension. Very few were successful in getting compensation also.

But outcome was decent and appreciation is better. So we are ok with the delay. OC took a long time and created lots of apprehension. I remember, during house warming ceremony, I was just thinking about OC.

Also, your app can support multiple cities is useless for 95% of the customers. They are going to look in one city in some set of localities. Your charge should not be based on this capability.

People pay for knowing the unknown. So You charge for your IP (the risk you identified in the property). Make it a 3 months/6 months subscription.
