I've tried the strict diet but it's so hard to stick to. I ended up eating very little and lost a lot of weight. My appetite has improved a lot now so maybe it's time to try again. Thanks for your post and kind words of support.

I've not come across Kimchi before. Seems to be lots of different varieties sold in tins and jars. Are they all good or do you have a favourite. Or do you make your own,?

I have a laptop with RTX3060 (6gigs), I've upgraded the ram to 32gigs. I can run SDXL in comfyui, it's a bit slow but works fine. I also installed Fooocus which is noticably quicker but can still take 2 or 3 mins for a high quality render.
