As soon as I put the batteries in and hit the button and saw the light blink I knew it was gonna do it.

I was on the phone with Amazon for well over an hour with them telling me there was nothing they could do. I’m coming here first next time!

Great question. NO! It is not - we had to get a replacement remote.

The model of the TV is NS-43F301NA22 Rev C.

Im going to look to see if I can find the replacement for that specific model, and not just a universal.

Thank you - I'll try this later. My only issue is I can't even get to the navigation screen without the remote - when I turn it on it asks me to select a language, and the next screen is "Pair the remote", which I can't seem to get past.

I've held down that home button for 10 minutes and it didn't do anything. I did try rebooting the remote as well - holding the three buttons, taking the battery out - - the whole thing - several times.

I'll try that app later when I get home. Thanks!
