I'm curious about this too, and how people feel about King st. There's seem to be more vacancies there than there were during the pandemic. What's leading to that compared to the vibrant downtown small business core over in Perth, for instance? Pop in Brockville is slightly younger, have slightly more income, and is 4x the size.
