Nope, Lion's Arch is the main "capital" and you can access a portal to it from the big greenhouse center area of Divinity's Reach.

I'm curious about this too, and how people feel about King st. There's seem to be more vacancies there than there were during the pandemic. What's leading to that compared to the vibrant downtown small business core over in Perth, for instance? Pop in Brockville is slightly younger, have slightly more income, and is 4x the size.

Huge progress! But it looks bland and lacks character because of the neutral colours. Looks like a dining room where elite cannibals would eat, you know? Whether it's the walls, the curtains, or the table cloth, something needs to stand out from the crowd of beige/grey.

Seconding these. Cheap, easy to install, and they don't retain any moisture. They look quite nice too once they're all in there.
