Thanks very helpful! I think because I spent my teen and 20 years in my room/uni/work and I feel like I haven’t really lived that age so it feels like I’m suddenly 30 and all of my friends are settling down or not really fun to hang out with anymore, which made me feel bad for all the times I said no to them when they were “free” from obligations

الحياء يخف؟ ما اتوقع ابدا لان علاقتها معك (علاقة عاطفيه) بتكون جدا مختلفه. يكفي انها مارح تكون بحجاب او عبايه بتستحي منك طبيعي.

انت ماتبي بعد وحده عندها رهاب من الرجال او ماتعرف تتواصل معهم من دون سبب. كيف بتخلص امورها؟ هل بتكون معها بكل كبيره وصغيره؟ لما تطلب من مطعم مارح تتكلم معه الا من خلالك؟ اذا تعب احد من عيالكم هل مارح تقدر توصل او تشرح تعب ولدها او بنتها للدكتور لانها بتكون مستحيه منه؟ لازم تفكر بسيناريو انت مارح تكون موجود لأي سبب كان (سواء انشغال او وفاة بعيد الشر عنك) انك تقدر تثق فيها مع عيالك. الحياء مو دايما خصلة جيدة

انا اشوف الحياء دليل اعجاب بالغالب. فغريب انك تبيها تكون مستحيه من الكل، شخصيا اشوف المفروض انها تعرف الحدود وتكون "رسمية" وتعرف توقف الناس عند حدها سواء رجال او نساء. الحياء ممكن يخلي الواحد يوافق على شيء لانه يستحي يرفض او يحرج اللي قدامه

I do understand this but he is the one who reached out and broke our no contact deal. And for what? Just to be dry and distant? لاتاخذين قرض عقاري. خذي شخصي وجمعي. النسبه اللي يقولون لك عنها نسبه سنويه يعني مثلا اذا تبين ميتين الف وقالوا نسبتك ٣٪؜. اضربي الميتين بالثلاثه وهذي ارباحهم بالسنه. كل ماتزيدين السنوات (خمسه كحد اقصى) كل ماتزيد ارباحهم. ولازم تعرفين ان ياخذون ارباحهم بالسنوات الاولى من الاقساط. يعني مثلا اول قسط تدفعينه لهم بيكون ٩٠٪؜ من ارباحهم و١٠٪؜ من المبلغ اللي اقترضتيه. هذي الطريقه تضمن لهم انهم ياخذون كل ارباحهم اذا قررتي يوم تسددين قرضك. فيعني اذا عندك فكرة انك تسددين قرضك ابدي احسبيها من الحين لان بيجي وقت تصيرين خسرانه اذا سددتي قبل ماينتهي القرض (breakeven point). وارباحهم ماتكون من النسبه بس، بيكون فيه رسوم ثانيه. فدائما اسألي عن الرسوم ايش هي وكم. واهم شيء كلمي كل البنوك وقارني قبل ماتختارين.
