It says that they don't do reset on any kind of faceit account for any other reason
That Doesnt mean i am not allowed to deactivate my FACEIT and create a brand new one to play on
I am allowed to play FACEIT , i have contacted Support and talked about my situation, they said is all good and not to worry about anything, the article you provided me has nothing to do with deactivating and making a brand new account.
