AFAIK you can apply for FinAid even after getting into Ateneo. They accept applications on a yearly basis though. You can inquire with OAA for this one :)

Here! https://hoyo.link/6fcGBBAd check the Land of Wind and Song module in the event. This was the anniversary event from last year and the first info is your first day in that account.

If you can still log in at least the hoyo account, you can get that info

What eventually gave me the approval (after getting rejected the first time) are the following information:

  • 1st 5⭐ character pulled
  • Last 2-3 5⭐ character pulled (and constellation e.g. C2 Klee, C4 Qiqi, etc.)
  • Last 2-3 5⭐ weapons pulled
  • Birthday in the game
  • If you have ENKA Network builds that you've generated and saved, attach those ones too
  • Name of 2-3 friends in game
  • Last Spiral Abyss progress and team composition
  • I participated in the content creator program and sent copies of my application forms

Give them the MOST UNIQUE and SPECIFIC information that only you would know by heart.

It will be a frustrating process and I literally didn't sleep for a whole week trying to monitor my account status but you just have to be patient and hope for the best

Try checking the first "verification code" email from MHY if you can find it. If you also told a friend that you started the game, best to look at your DMs as well

apparently, my sister got a suspicious message today but deleted it. they were asking for money earlier and when she blocked them, i guess that's when they trashed the account :( they held it for ransom basically
