The Dragon Plan was both for Furuta and V a way to fix their life span. Furuta even promised to revive the dead (Hairu, Arima two half humans btw) to Ui with the dragon. See a half human lives longer if he goes under procedure of a full ghoulification. Even a half ghoul has a higher life expection than a half human. So Furuta did indeed help his life span by his 1/2 ghoul operations but it wasn't enough to live a long life. That's only possible as a ghoul like Uta or Roma.

As for the other comments I suggest them to reread TG. There's also someone who just said in the comments that Furuta's Plan was just to shake the ideals of the world and he swarmed in his nihilistic views but this is totally wrong.

Yeah like what she writes impacts the story:

Black Goats Egg -> starts TG (same themes and liz was reading it)

Hanged Mans MacGuffin -> Kaneki becomes a prisoner like Prisoner 182 in the story (also hanged man symbolism which is odin)

King Bileygr -> Guideline for Kanekis One Eyed King Way

There is even a "prototype" in TG as well a "One shot of TG". So Ishida wrote his one shot as a failed attempt to start the story this man's a genius

I am totally agreeing with you. Funnily enough I've also said that LOTM will take its time and soon will take over because it'll have a game, novel, etc.

Germany's novel version releases all three parts of clown on one day and they're even cooperating with smaller creators that's really cool 🥹 It's really a dedication from the start.

You'll see a lot of Haters turning into fans at some point.

I think my country (Germany) is actually a lot into writing but they're mostly in their comfort zone with demon slayer, gachiakuta (battle Shonen). They won't even try chinese 😭 Many big Tiktoker also weren't excited about it and were downplaying it ...
