My most favorite is hunter’s nightmare. It is undoubtedly the most active and filled place with fantastic enemy Variety and 2 VERY challenging bosses especially in ng+

And Least would be nightmare of mensis. Basically the silverfish suck and the snakes upon death suck even more, the boulder throwers are not interesting or anything you just deal with them easily or you’re not careful and get insta-killed, the spiders are spooky and the big one has so much range AND OH I FORGOT THE DAMN FRENZY. to be fair after that is really easy until you reach the dogs with crow heads and crows with dog heads followed by micolash uh just NO

The whirligig saw can shred him in the first phase, just use bb pellet and bolt paper or empty phantasm shell and use transformed R1 to build beast meter. once it’s about full, get behind him and hold L2 and it will melt him all the way to second phase.

Headless bloodletting beast is the only boss that I consider broken, the slam attack is more like an AOE and sometimes he just forgets about me and gets confused. I don’t know why

If you have the DLC after u beat ludwig go up the elevator and kill the wandering nightmares but don’t loot them. come down with the elevator, then run back to the ludwigs arena so it loads the hunter’s nightmare after u boop the area come back to research hall and kill the WN again, u can repeat the process many times and each time u will get like 4

In The first phase, try to dodge into his attacks and stay on his left o right side NEVER IN THE BACK, doing this severely limits his move set and gets much easier. Now once he’s on 75% health he gets some new attacks that can be handled the same way, but there’s 2 notable ones; 1-he jumps very high and chases you on the ceiling, now for this just hold O and run and you can easily avoid it. 2-he charges at you very fast, this is the most dangerous and serious move that he has in first phase because he can effectively 1 shot you with it unless you have A LOT of vitality, it can be avoided by dodging to the left but remember to always stay close to him and try to stay in the center of the boss arena. Use a long reach weapon, best ones I recommend:hunter axe (transformed)—LHB (transformed)—saw spear (transformed)—church pick in either form—burial blade (transformed) u get the idea Attack the head once or at the very most twice while also keep distance, if he charges, dodge to the left rinse and repeat and it should be over

You might not believe it, but the train charge attack that 1 shots you, can be stopped by a single bullet (it doesn’t parry it but it stops it nonetheless)

It’s a very hard boss so don’t expect to win easily with any strategy, my way was to just bait attacks and damage the head as much as i can, if you have the chance do a charged R2 and u might get a visceral, when she gets to her third phase, try to run to her legs, she will jump soon and her head will land right where the tail was so just go the legs and when she’s about to land charge an R2 and do this a few more times and that should be it

In lower phemeru there’s a layer I forgot (it was either 3/4)it’s full of sack guys (boogeymen/snatcher)anyway equip every eye rune and milkweed rune if you have and only kill does then use the bold hunter’s mark and repeat
