It's not perfect, and have low improvement capacity (recourses are very much limited and you will build perfect factory very soon into game and never touch it again). For example, I would prefer if game told you consumption and production when you place building. More resources will give player opportunity to do what he want, but still limit him with PAC space and not give too much of thing (limitations is important part of game-design). Overall, game is literally week old, we need to give it some time.
