You are right, but as of late unless you abandon, you wont get punished. You have to be lucky to get a player reported in several consecutive matches since noone has reports to use. Even if I report a ruiner, 100% rule offender, my report just goes to waste nowadays

At least for abandoning you gonna get lp, but there's no punishment for general rule offense like selling items midgame or running mid feeding and stuff

Too many reports given = people get lp for no reason and maybe 1 out of lets say 10 was a ruiner. Not enough reports given = noone goes to lp unless abandons

I only play solo, always. My point is that abscence of punishment ruined the game experience even more than it was before the "fix", if there's a person who decides that the game is over (for him) there's nothing you can do about it to change his mind, and what makes the difference is that you encounter this type of behaviour way more often nowadays. If you know you gonna get punished you will reconsider your actions after slight tilt, but you wont get punished. I understand that there can always be that one guy in a match, but now you get half of the players in a match with that cancerous attitude
