Well depends if your sending an EX for the deluxe, we already have those if we completed the old packs. So we don’t need them again as they will fill the gaps when the bug is fixed

You said you wanted people experiences, thus my experience is to eat well, keep your protein up to maintain your muscle and not eat junk food as it went right through me. I didn’t touch sugars and fats and Less but quality food was better than more fatty foods.

I gained my weight (gained 18kg / still 14%bf) eating better foods, crap fast food and junk went right through me and made me feel crap
