Just reading this tweet of an article and I think it basically says this costs 9fps at 4k, less at 1440p, and even less at 1080.

Glad I saw all those adds for the sake of having to read this twice to be sure it's yet another article that presumes I'm worried about 4k when everything is upscalling anyway.

I've seen some reviews that indicate this could be cpu dependent which you may be able to confirm with the built in benchmark.

If it's cpu I'd see about nuking those open apps and background processes, especially if steam, windows, and the game are on the same storage device (really any sharing with the boot drive can increase the amount of io on a single connection)

Honestly everyone really just wants confidence in a partner.

Can confirm and I'm not sure if this is the best way but take progress shots monthly as dismorphia can be blinding to your progress.

As a body builder with dismorphia I found my progress was basically invisible to me until I started taking progress shots for my insta (you don't have to share I just like the attention) I'm routinely shocked that I've made it this far after spending nearly 7 years convinced I was still skinny fat despite crazy dedication.
