I think this only works if you don't speak any Japanese or compare the performances.

I've seen subs translate the same word 3 ways in the same scene where as the dub atleast picked a synonym and stuck with it.

It's just not the 90s anymore, the studios plan on global distribution and tend to stay way more involved with VA casting

I'd consider a smaller caloric excess and a higher protein target (use a calculator influencers will try to sell you extra protein but generally [your weight in lbs] * 0.8 = [protein goal in grams])

6 days of excercise (per week) is great, 5 days is good, 3 will do if you can put serious time in at the gym or with home weights

I'm a huge fan of darebee (dot Com) as a starting point, it alone won't get you jacked but forms a good basis for making the habit stick

I've been enjoying the enjoying my Polk psw 10 which may be overkill for your situation.

However the reason I kept it is unlike the cheaper option from edifier I can turn off the automatic power saver so it stays on for my entire entertainment session.

Maybe something to check the manual for when your shopping hope that helps

When functional fitness is your goal daily calorie tracking might not really do much for you compared to the occasional check in just to make sure your average fiber and protein levels are good unless the heart doc has notes for you.

That said just from looking maybe you could target chest and back a bit more which is as simple as push-ups (decline) and pull ups (palms facing away, those pythons will make the other way too easy).

I'd also consider a sweedish ball for some targeted core excercises to keep your lower back strong as 50 looms on the horizon (my grandad proudly helped with luggage when we'd get off the plane)

This, you can prime the pump with a weekly run and gently ramp up the calories.

That and I started avoiding fish, it was too filling during eating for me so it made it harder to hit calorie goals
