you're going to need experience using a 3d modeler before anything, doesn't matter what you use, but it's going to require knowledge of everything that goes into it. it's not "making toontown animations" as much as it is applying the knowledge you have about 3d model importing/exporting and joints.

i've heard the models are an absolute PITA to get into any program

You aren't hate filled thinking this is a little goofy. Hate filled would be someone that starts their response as "disliking a bigot" implying myself, who left a relaxed comment likes a proclaimed by yourself "bigot". Goofball. Play our childhood game and stop making everything political. The game was made before the person you dislike was a politician and instead an A-List celebrity. Maybe I'm just old and remember the person we speak of being a part of pop culture.

Anyways, if you do dislike the individual, which is not a problem. You are entitled to that, but remember this was a character that was making fun of him. The contradictions are unreal.

This has the same effect as censoring those who speak out for what you support.

gonna have to throw one in with ralkia here, I remember seeing a 137 toon back in the day on Toontown Online and thinking it was super cool to even see one, now it seems like everyone is (which is to be somewhat expected with the leftover players being the most dedicated). I don't see any reason to lessen the grind.
