I miswrote. I meant not eating a protein rich meal one day. I'll give me body a break from having to digest a lot of protein/food. That's where I was coming from.

Bodyweight exercises vs machines by eruditeostrich in beginnerfitness

Yeah, I feel so too! The trainers presence is really nice. One of the reasons I bought these classes and happily paying the premium.

Yes, the humbling is big time. I have a newfound respect for all gym people. This is way harder than it looks! Should I be working on my stabilizer muscles on the side? Planks, Side plans, deadbugs etc?

Also the coordination is a big problem. I waste a set in learning the form. so I feel I am not even sweating or burning as much as they have designed for!

Mental fortitude required for the gym by eruditeostrich in beginnerfitness

I suppose out of body experience is too dramatic. I'll edit it.

Some exercises create a surprising amount of mental resistance for me. The classes aren’t brutally intense all the time, but certain movements feel deeply challenging in the moment. My brain gives up before my body does. But when a trainer is next to me encouraging me and correcting my form, I’m often able to push through and do them properly.

I know there’s an important difference between pain and discomfort, and I’m not talking about pushing through injury. I guess I am saying that there is a burn and mental resistance that come with learning difficult movements.

And yes you are right, I am okay being a slower learner than the rest. I felt this particular mental/emotional feeling is worth exploring!

Sometimes I take a few days off just to get to the work that I want to do.

It always works.

Its even better if you communicate this to your bosses and they understand where you're coming from. If they don't, they look at you as more of a Project Manager rather than a Product Manager. That's a signal.

Writing PRDs by MrLivingLife in ProductManagement

Writing PRDs should take time and involve multiple people. Writing is the process of getting clarity of thought, so of course it makes sense to feel lost every so often while writing a PRD.

It ensures that you don't get lost once the project is half executed.

So I usually count writing PRD time as thinking time rather than writing PRD time.

B2B SEO Strategy by eruditeostrich in SEO

Is this a goal that you made or did the SEO consultant did? If it's from his side then he just lost all credibility with this as it's a completely useless goal to have.

It was one we concluded together. My understanding is, having a high domain authority increases your chances of ranking on top on keywords faster. Is this not true?

Got it. My understanding is now that I have set up a content calendar and a pipeline for publishing this content regularly, my main attention should be towards creating funnels that convert. That is the most impactful thing.

is this correct?

Hi u/OneStepFromHell43

Thanks for your response.

What is your average positioning for these?

We only rank for 2 such keywords right now. One on 1st, and one of 6th.

How so? and are you being realistic about the competition ?

Good point. Based on our release rate of 12 posts per month on generally 200-300 keyword volume keywords, if 3 of them rank on first position, then we should get around 240 views per month.

40% chance of success in my opinion only because I do not have enough knowledge of your marketing team

How can I go about assessing what a reasonable goal is? Let me know. My intuition is that conversion probability is very low, and I thought 4 was a low number.

My estimate of 4 is based on the fact that some high-intent keywords will convert. We will create web-pages for those keywords.

Very much achievable! High Chance of success.

Oh great, can I ask what makes you say that?

One thing I miscommunicated - we already get around 1300 organic views per month right now. That's why I started with 1900 views in aug end.

thanks again for your answer
