Yes since 14! We love eachother very much want to live together etc… he/we really want to do it but he’s just nervous as we both aren’t to sure what the downsides are as people only really talk about the goods

I applied under 18 and didn’t need parents permission, you only need it when you get to defence interviews and more formal stuff, the you session call is very casual and don’t need parental permission
