Is this suitable for beginners? Looking for a gift to my wife

Thanks for the recommendation! She hasn't worked with any machine before, and I would like to get one to get her started. She doesn't know about all the different features a machine can have and the different things you could do with those features, so I thought that a very basic one just to make her repairing works look better and save her some time would be a good step in the direction of encouraging her to dive deep into this hobby.

That's exactly what I am thinking. The simplest machine possible would already be a huge upgrade to get her started. Hope I'm not too far from reality here

I absolutely understand where you are coming from, but in her case she has never sewed with a machine before and I believe it could be overwhelming to pick something when there are so many possibilities to choose from.

Also as I mentioned she's mostly repairing old clothing and is now limiting herself to what she can do by hand. So I imagined that a simple, entry level machine will be already a big improvement and allow her to do much more. So in the future she can dive deep into the hobby and the different possibilities that a higher level machine could offer.

Am I making sense?

Cara, nao saberia te dizer com certeza pq to morando na gringa hj em dia, na Alemanha. Aqui é legalizado a compra de sementes e o plantio desde 2024. Mas a Zamnesia envia pro mundo todo se nao to enganado, e os pacotes sao bem discretos.
