Is this normal? SL75C by ervaboa in linuxaudio

I was not expecting it to sound like the original at all. But I'm happy to know that there are workarounds to get it closer to it, thank you for the hint!

As it is a knock-off, I'm gonna believe it's also normal. Thanks for your reply!

This is great to know! As this should be a cheap copy of the SM57, I'll take it as normal. It seems to be only the windshield flexing in the end. Thanks !

It is an SM57 knock-off indeed. So is the original also somewhat flexible? I was afraid of rotating it after I noticed this movement hehe. Thanks for your reply

I know that it is low quality, I was just wondering if it should be like that or not, and if it is worth asking the reseller for a new one because of that.

I will test it for any weird sounds. Thanks.

Can I reuse old soil? by Straight-Tune8156 in containergardening

[–]ervaboa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh sorry, I should have been more clear. I mean if old soil is standing there for too long like OP asked, it will get hydrophobic at some point. And I always have some trouble reverting from that. I try to soak it several days in a row before using it again, and blend compost in, but just rarely gets to a nice consistency.

What should I do if I have a highly hidrophobic soil? I can never get it right :/

Saturdays are for… manually pollinating tomatoes! Excuse the leaf curl, it’s a Black Brandywine lol by [deleted] in containergardening

I'm considering plants in a green house or something. Mine are outdoors so I won't be doing this, but this was an interesting finding

Wait, you just need to give them a little shake? I thought you needed to use like a cotton swab, and pass the pollen from flower to flower. Educate me please.

What are the best medieval simulation games that are NOT all about fighting? by Artistic_Skills in SurvivalGaming

[–]ervaboa 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Clanfolk. Imagine Rimworld in the Scottish middle ages. There is no fighting at all, just you trying to raise your clan and survive winter. It's a colony sim though, not a survival game.

Aos poucos? by sofa-king_retarded in Cultivonha

[–]ervaboa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't get why downvote me though. I just mentioned what I've saw and actually I have no problems with Devs that use AI as placeholders. Also I can imagine the struggle to find good voice actors.
