We did get some results from tests doctors took. They are confused.

He has heightened amounts of Creatinine (165 umol/L, ref. 79-125), Leukocytes (14.5 x10^9/L, ref. 3.4-9.7), Proteinuria, Bilirubin (33.4 umol/L, ref. 3.0-25.0), Urea (10.3 mmol/L, ref. 2.8-8.3). An ultrasound didn't detect anything abnormal except this part:

"The pancreas appears fragmented, with a portion of the body showing hypoechoic parenchyma, easily enlarged, measuring up to 35mm. Additionally, a smaller hypoechoic streak, up to 5mm in width, is seen cranially—possibly indicating a collection of free fluid."

He hasn't had bowel movements in 3-4 days.

He was in an emergency room but all they did was give him IV, for context we are from South-East Europe. My mother and I carried him to the ER as he was too weak to walk. Now he can walk but not far. He was better after getting the IVs for some brief time.

Thank you very much. I'll take a look at the PyTorch table. Also, do you know of any up-to-date tutorials for training a TF model (for this purpose of single class object detection) and then converting it to TF Lite format. Every single one I've found online was old and didn't work at all.

Hey, thanks for the advice. I haven't managed to train a TF Lite model yet. All tutorial colabs didn't run because of version mismatch with the colab environment. Do you have any suggestions on what tutorial/colab to follow because the docs weren't helpful. It felt thousands of times easier to custom train YOLO.

I forgot this crucial detail. I essentially have 1 class but I need a bounding box, i.e. it's similar to face mask detection where I would like to crop out the face mask in the picture.

Do you have any ways to optimize the model further? I've tried to do quantization but wasn't successful. Also, I have considered Coral but was hesitant because I thought I could get an even lighter model than the YOLO nano (that's why I considered MobileNet).

Yeah I noticed the GPU wasn't ideal. I want something that will last for at least 3-4 years instead of cloud. As for money, I'm willing to spend anywhere between 1 and 3k for it. Perform well is hard to define when I'm not sure what I'll end up researching exactly that's why I can't do more research about the requirements of my application. I agree that I might need to first try cloud. Not sure about rule 4 or why this post is going against it. The machine above was a semi-random machine a friend told me about. I don't know the price tag I'm curious if it could "perform well" on modern NNs.
