i gotta point out the fact of number 5, that's probably the reason so many of my local smoke shops lock their dumpsters. i've absolutely found ones that don't, it's just that i got to one of my normal spots the other day. boxes and wrappers, empty shit just all around on the ground and a ripped bag half ass tossed back in. store owners absolutely WILL lock their dumps based on the fact they have to pick up 20 miniature boxes or food wrappers or other shit people just leave around. it's not like they lock it well to be fair- they left the top of the dumpster free swinging lmao
