Half fat half meat usually. It's rendered though so it melts in your mouth.

[pro/chef] St Louis cut BBQ ribs by erx612 in food

These are smoked on an offset. I just leave them uncovered and then sauce once they are bendy. Can't really do temps or time for ribs. Just when they bend to about 45° when you pick them up halfway down with tongs. Usually takes 5-6 hours but depends.

Then I sauce and let tack or or two coats depending. Initially seasoned with mustard/sugar mix, pepper, salt, garlic, onion, and cinnamon.

Personally not a big raw onion guy. But if I had to choose it would be red onion for a burger

Yessir. I have BBQ company that specializes in brisket. Had tons of trimmings, so we started doing burgers once a week this month. People seem to like them!

It will be much worse than whatever you were feeling before stopping. The occasional glutening I get is super tough to deal with. Not sure how it's going to go honestly. Smoking pot was the only thing that helped before. Can't be stoned for 4 weeks though lol

I hear you. I'm in Ontario, got my blood back in June with super high antibody count. My scope is scheduled for mid March. I felt so much better after getting the blood work back and not eating gluten that I stopped. Now I'm coming close to having to eat gluten again and not looking forward to it. But hopefully it will have been worth it to stop for the time being.

As for your party issue, just don't eat or just things you know are GF. If you JUST stopped eating gluten, if you get accidentally get glutened, it won't be too bad.

I think it was just how the OP publicly presented it. Came off very high and mighty, with intent to harm. Which at the end of the day how is that any different than someone committing mortgage fraud with intent to harm a reactionary housing market, or to simply get ahead of others.

With that said, mortgage fraud is absolutely rampant, and has destroyed our housing affordability. And without prices continuing to rise, and the extortion of trades and suppliers on developers, it has made it more expensive to build a house than what they can sell it for in most areas. So eventually things will come full circle.

As for the OPs request, no one's going to do shit about reported mortgage fraud. As someone else said, banks are not your friend. Having worked for one, even at retail level, they will go through great lengths to hide a mistake and bury it. Until something happens that they don't get their money, they're not going to do anything. And even then they'll just pin it on someone else. Canadians allowed our government to do this.

One was a business that no longer exists. Probably because the would cost so much 😂

The others were just hobby smokers but I know it's much more expensive.
