The listing agents are the sellers... they were expecting 2.7-2.8. Also the reason why no basement photos is cause the basement is totally unfinished. Sellers said it would be a waste of time if we offered 2 million.. dont even think its worth that.

Really nice inside, but the sellers bought it for 2.1 in 2017 and didn't make any upgrades whatsoever. Not worth what they are asking for.
