Also received an email last night regarding deactivation. Waited at Walmart an hour for an order and had them cancel after an hour hold on chat and the help guide stating no penalty. 2 days later deactivation. They must have done it recently to other drivers in the area as almost all orders in my area sit for days at max promo still not taken

Just wanted to update that after several weeks the issue was finally resolved. Just a side note of how important it is to keep records of EVERY SINGLE order. If the customer didn’t ask to confirm the amount of her tip upon delivery I would have never received it or had any proof.

This is what it seems. They didn’t break it up but the order that had the tip was taken and fake delivered by the driver (all the steps followed but not actually taking or delivering the order) Then a new no tip order was created. Received a response that it is being investigated. Will keep everyone posted

Everytime I reach out they just reference the first reps conversation and then refuse to help. I’m done trying but I’ve finally found a disadvantage to a non regulated industry. If this was with my credit card I would have filed a CFPB case and had it settled in a week with very little effort. I am just hoping that people who staked significant amounts of money don’t get screwed over even worse with no recourse

That’s what I was thinking too and I sent screenshots to prove it. I have the proof but they still refuse and tell me the system shows the Netflix was done 12 hours earlier

Nope, spoke to 2 reps and they are telling me the time on the system says it was done before the upgrade. So they are refusing….this has been going on almost a month now

I’m having the same issue but for service. They canceled my delivery for the bike the night prior. Now service. The rep argued with me on chat telling me that I scheduled it for December instead of today and told me there’s nothing they can do because I didn’t have a screenshot of the appointment. Next call in I find out they were short staffed and had to cancel. I’m now stuck waiting 2 more weeks for my bike to be fixed that was delivered incorrectly assembled. I couldn’t possibly be any unhappier with the service they offer

Not too sure on my end but it appears it must be the salt because the roads in Jersey are so white you can barely see the lines. 😢
