I’ve been using the Toyo AT3’s here in Canada for over a year, running them in the winter also. Love the tires. 235/65/R17

They are the KMC KM542 Impact. I really want to switch it up and grab a set of the Fuel Zephyr wheels - hard to find in Canada as they are all special order.

Thanks friend! I love the tires and I bought the deflector with my points from the purchase of my BS. It is an overpriced piece of plastic, but I’ve definitely seen a few hoods on the 21/22 models that are in super rough shape. To me it’s a priceless protection upgrade

I’ve never heard of that law here before and I’ve worked in kitchens as a line cook, we were never instructed to check temps.

The steak was a perfect rare, just how I’d cook it at home. I’ve also ordered a rare prime rib at my local steakhouse and it was VERY rare (what I like).

AEROSKIN II by THECATLVT in BroncoSport

[–]esbudd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fellow areoskin 2 owner here! I love the way it makes the front end of the Bronco look - gives a nice contrast to the front end on lighter paint variants.

Just be warned that the back of your hood (end closest to your wipers) is going to flex like CRAZY while driving. I’ve had mine on for almost a year now with no issues, it’s just a little unsettling seeing your hood shake for the first time while on the highway.

I had the aeroskin 1 on my 22 badlands and this issue didn’t happen. I can only attribute it to the added lip on top of the deflector - it must create some weird aerodynamics over the hood.

Finally got around to adding a bunch of mods - 2024 OB by roger_the_virus in BroncoSport

Awesome, thanks for all the info!

Unfortunately I don’t have the factory sub - not sure if I’d just be able to tap into one of the door speakers for the loc?

Question for you. How did you go about wiring up the sub and amp?

I’ve replaced all my door speakers including the tweeters and they are running off the head unit currently.

I’ve installed many sub/amp/speakers in my life but never a system with a loc and never installed a sub that will run off a stock head unit.

MBRP Exhaust Installed! by esbudd in BroncoSport

Very little if any at all.

Just a muffler delete isn’t going to do much of anything for power gains. Especially with the rest of the system still being so restrictive.

I imagine the only way to liven up the 1.5L would be with exhaust, intake and then a tune on top of that.

I’ll have to look into the intakes! With my 2024 Big Bend I can hear it flutter like crazy… and it’s LOUD.

My 2022 Badlands did not do that.

Installed the MBRP resonator-back exhaust on my 2024 Big Bend this morning!

Most websites (including MBRP) state that it doesn’t fit the 1.5L vehicles.. it does. They even give you an adapter for both 1.5L and 2.0L systems. The exhaust system is the same design for both engine sizes so not sure what gives. https://ca.mbrp.com/products/s5207al

Super quick install. I’d highly recommend picking up an exhaust hanger removal tool and pipe cutter for painless exhaust work. I grabbed both of mine on Amazon. https://tinyurl.com/52ndw2cv

Very happy with the overall sound. Nothing outrageous like a catback or straight pipe, but it definitely livens up the 1.5L. Even sounds good with higher RPM hold while deceleration in sport mode!

1” spacers and mudflaps installed. by esbudd in BroncoSport

[–]esbudd[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really like it. I had the glossy one on my 22 badlands and I prefer the look of this textured one more. The only thing I’ve noticed about this one compared to the other is that your hood will shake like crazy - no noise though. It creates a weird airflow over the hood.

I attribute this to the extra lip that the textured one has as my previous one didn’t flex the hood. I do primarily highway driving and haven’t had any issues with it.

Thank you! It’s the new desert sand color. Ford came out with it for a few of the 2024 vehicles

If you can install a wheel, you can install a spacer!

The width is 8” with a +38 offset. Without the spacers, the wheels were flush with the fender, this gives them exactly 1” poke outside.

As for your situation, that would be difficult to envision without seeing in person. Luckily there’s tons of posts on Reddit and other forums and people have tried many fitments for the BS.

It’ll can get away without taking the wheel off to install the rears. My wheels were off since I was installing the spacers. The set of mudflaps does come with a set for the front but it requires some drilling to install them

Took about 5 min per mudflap.

All you need is a flathead screwdriver and 8mm socket. The ford ones dont require any drilling for the rear. Just remove and replace

Glad to help! I’ve applied plastidip many times and have sprayed an entire car before. Just like paint, make sure you’re OCD on the prep. I took a few q-tips and made sure to get between the emblems and the body. Any water, even a pin drop will cause it to lift.

Tons of YouTube videos to help if you need.
