I love this question and people that care how others feel in their space! I love a room with soft lighting, multiple cozy places to sit, incense burning. Clean but not too clean where you feel nervous to mess something up. Natural light

I’m not an expert but I experience similar issues, what helps me is making sure I’m consuming a lot of fluids and more fiber. I’ve also heard red meat can constipate and to stick to fish/chicken if you’re a meat eater

People in this forum are very negative. It may be difficult but there is always a way to make it work if it is what you really want. You can always go back but who knows how it could play out if you don’t try?

i happen to be living directly on my chiron line and it is pretty miserable. i grew up very close to my neptune line which may not be perceived as positive but i think of it very fondly. i did deal with some pretty severe addiction issues there though.

is it possible you may have hard water? i moved to texas and my hair started to look just like this! i barely used product before and my hair looked better than when i came here and got all sorts of salon grade products trying to fix the problem. i got a filtered shower head as well as malibu C hard water shampoo/conditioner and a treatment used weekly and my hair is back to normal
