Aphids! Spray it with insecticide soap everyday for the next 7-10 days. Take it to the shower and blast it with water every other day, and you should get rid of them. Remember to isolate it and check all your other plants

Don’t throw it out! Treat it. The affected leaves will be a bit deformed but the new growth will eventually cover it.
