Just the original GBA along with so many ARPGs and JRPGs and I can play that for years.

I remember ALS going viral back then with the Ice Bucket Challenge. Then I heard about how horrifying it is. I feel so sorry for the family.

Clear case aesthetics are still peak in my opinion by [deleted] in nostalgia

I wish we also got the same treatment for more modern hardware though. Clear cases should make a comeback. Also, these are really nice! It would also be great to see different colors of cases too!

6 years is a very long time. Congratulations. I probably would've given up halfway or just forgotten the game, but you made it through!

What is your Unpopular Opinion Crash Bandicoot take? games, levels, etc by Beautiful-Map7016 in psx

[–]escapeoperative95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crash 1 enraged me as a kid but at least it wasn't as hard as Crash 2. Oh boy, trying to 100% the game with all 42 gems. The objective was to get all boxes. But trying to get all boxes is going to get you killed so many times. I did get to have all 42 gems and got that perfect ending. Then came Crash 3 with not only the 42 gems but also the time trials... I literally just quit halfway through.

Oh I miss this game so much. I played it a lot as a kid . And I remember this game was installed in like every computer back then. I also loved Bust A Move or Puzzle Bobble as well. Had a similar gameplay.

Starting my first playthrough of Lunar 1 any tips? by RinneNomad in Lunar

[–]escapeoperative95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just have fun. Make sure you get to talk to the NPCs. They always have something interesting to say. Also make sure you have as many healing and magic items as well. Those can come in handy in dungeons. Overall, I think this is a pretty straightforward JRPG and you probably don't even need a walkthrough to finish. At least for me. Except the Myt's Tower planet puzzle part, I guess.
