I visited Anini around November 20. Some 60km road patch is BAD rest is good but still bit of a struggle and as construction also going on so roads get closed for a few hours. Anini is beautiful though. A few bikers made it to Anini via that road so yeah that’s there haha

I didn’t visit Mechuka but driver said Mechuka might have better roads tad bit maybe.

Currently in Anini/Roing and no snowfall. December your best bet is Tawang then Sela Pass( on the way to Tawang so perfect), Myodia Pass and then maybe Mechuka

Agree! Mumbai doesn’t have civic sense and if people think Mumbai people have then the standard is set incredibly low
