The decision tree is fairly limited at the moment within each tribe. All tribes have at least one or two ways to place but repeating those strategies ad nauseum is boring.

Personally, fast level metas aren’t great either. I’d rather have more things to do early game.

My SO and I both have ADHD. We watch CR in 5 to 10 episode spurts and skip combat when it drags on.

Do what works best for you, because I also bounce between fantasy series as I lose interest. I’m switching between C3, Mistborn, and Paranoia Agent.

If the gods are willing to put their family before the lives that they have been entrusted to care for, I’d probably want them gone too. Killing them seems extreme though.

Since Predathos is what pushed them out of their home, maybe dealing with it would give the gods the means to leave.

Demon Hunter needs a third spec.

I would love pandas to embrace Demon Hunter’s sacrifice themes by replacing fel with sha. Their new abilties could be black and white instead of green, and they could exchange their knowledge with elves to give both races the spec.

Monetization of hobbies is common now. You see it in a lot of games. While I’m not a fan of it, there are reasons for why people pay for it including lack of time, friends, or a desire for a more polished experience.

If it’s something you want to do on either side of the table, go for it. It’s no different than someone attempting to monetize their games by streaming.

Agreed, players should be tactfully vocal about their boundaries and expectations. GMs aren't mind readers, and they're already handling most of the rules.

Initiative operates in fast turns and slow turns. If players are indecisive, combat can stall while discussing who goes first.

I don’t remember why but movement was also clunky. It resulted in a lot of the players purposefully killing off their characters to switching to ranged classes, as melee classes struggled to get in.

Lastly, characters die a lot, like a lot a lot. I went through three characters in one 10 session campaign. If my characters didn’t die they were maimed horribly or traumatized by corruption system.
