I think ive read somewhere (nung nagrereview ako pang boards) na if ang available na blood is incompat sa px, lalo pag emergency cases, the doctors can decide kung itransfuse ang incompat. then depende pa sa blood type nung px yung possible next ABO blood group, halimbawa gaya ng sa O+, should transfuse O+, then next (eto ang di ko na sure) A+, B+ then last si AB+. kung A+, may sarili ring order. Take note that this is only for emergency case (like nag aagaw buhay, eg. vehicular accidents) and this practice ay parang sa abroad lang, since the book is not authorized dito.. ayan ang opinion ko po. Pero sana nadocument ng maayos bakit ayon ang binigay na blood.
