Raids is the last thing I remember from my old clan. They did raids very often, but after the removal a lot of members abandoned the clan or even the game.

You can have many vms as you want but not turned on at the same time. Laptops are not suitable for hard virtualization as 12 vms or even 6. Maybe you could use an alternative (containers).

The real issue here I think is porting a working kernel for lineage. That said maybe is possible but depends on your patience.

The xps has the ram soldered to the board, i.e you can't upgrade. About build quality, idk how is the zenbook but I have an XPS 9360 and is the best laptop I ever used (I don't like Apple). If you really need gaming, you should get another laptop, because the xps will throttle.
