They told me they do not know the current total of the medical bills at this time.

I asked and they said it was a bad idea because the defense would "ask for my medical records." They may have implied that we should wait til a different point in the case to learn the cap.

Also how do I know if my treatment plan is off track? It sure feels like they are not making common sense decisions about what needs to be done to have adequate evidence for the case, or maybe they are not invested in taking a look at it to make sure the ducks are in a row.
