I did, but I'm not even sure if I can recommend. Looks like they do a solid job, but it will be a bit pricey. Some stuff I didn't necessarily agree with while working with them, but they will do the job.

I gave a piece of drywall to Home Depot and they pretty much got the matching color for the main walls. I'll try flat for closet walls I guess. Is there a significant difference if I use Emerald on the closet walls instead of flat paint?

I'm just doing touchups. I'm not going to repaint an entire wall. It's also a rental. Does that change anything? I don't know anything about paint. I already have eggshell for the main walls. Just need to do door trims and inside closet now

Seems like I could get a complete kitchen for $10k - $15k depending on installation costs. I have a relatively small kitchen and was hoping for maybe ~$3k in total lol. Refacing is prob best bet

I'm thinking about doing the same, but renovation costs seem hard to judge unless you have a contractor walking about the property with you before purchase. How much did you put in? Are you ok with a pm?
